PURPOSE:To prevent slide of a contact when inserted into and pulled out by having a connector on a cable side inclined to a connector on a device side so that a shaft portion is inserted into a bearing hole and then rotationally moved for superposition, and continuously moved until an insulator is in parallel to be engaged. CONSTITUTION:Both insulators are inclined to insert the shaft portion 21b of a connector 2 on a cable side into the bearing hole 12a of a connector 1 on a device side for putting the contact faces 11b, 21b in contact therewith. Next, the connector 2 is rotationally moved corresponding to the connector 1 around the shaft portion 21b. If the movement is kept on further, a contact face 22c is put in contact with a contact face 12c of a corresponding connector without being slided to bend a one-way sustaining spring up to an approximate center of the thickness of the insulator with pressure in the direction of bending the one-way sustaining spring portion 12a, 22a of both contacts 12, 22, and connected with a preset contacting force P. Under such a condition when a hook 24 for both connector ends on a cable side are rotationally moved so as to embrace both ends of an insulator 11 of a corresponding connector and locked, the pressure P of both contacts is maintained. For connection release, unlocking the hook 24 sets the contact face of the contact apart. |
