PURPOSE:To improve the baking efficiency of a bending tile and to remove a color difference between a flat tile and the bending tile due to a scorching by forming a spigot-fixed portion by alternately arranging projected and recessed portions in a zigzag fashion on the upper and lower surfaces of side walls provided on the two opposite sides of a bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A basin-like frame 1 is composed of a bottom plate 3 and side walls 2. Projected portions 4 and recessed portions 10 are alternately arranged in a zigzag fashion on the upper and lower surfaces of the side wall 2 to form a spigot-fixed portion 5. One (13) of the projected portions is longer than the other 14, both being arranged on both ends of the side wall 2. That is, since a recessed portion 15 adjacent to the projected portion 14 is shorter than the projected portion 13, when the basin-like frames are stacked, the longer projected portion is forced out of the shorter recessed portion. As a result, since the bottom plate on the projected portion 13 side is projected out of the lower basin-like frame when the frames are stacked on one another, there is an effect that the bending portion of the tile located on the bottom plate is not brought into contact with the lower basin-like frame. |
