<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesiveness of a base film and a metal film layer by applying corona discharge treatment to the base film immediately before laminating the metal film layer to said film. CONSTITUTION:The rear of the base film 6 sent out of an unwinder 1 is subjected to corona discharge treatment by a corona discharge treatment apparatus 2. Immediately thereafter, the film 6 is fed to a metal film forming apparatus 3 to form a metal film layer to the rear of the film 6 under a vacuum atmosphere. This metal film laminated film 6A is reversed to be fed to a laminator 4 to coat the metal film layer with the laminating resin from a die 53 and taken up as a desired multilayer film 6B by a winder 5.</p> |
