PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in a sucking-in quantity of cushioning rubber into a back groove of a precure tread, by a method wherein Mooney viscosity and inner pressure of a vulcanizing should be respectively 34-75 and 2-6kg/cm<2> and pressure of at least surface groove pressure is exerted upon the back groove of the precure tread. CONSTITUTION:A precure tread 1 is stuck to a crown part of a base tire 2 through sheetlike unvulcanized cushioning rubber 3 and Mooney viscosity of the unvulcanized cushioning rubber 3 at 130 deg.C is should be 34-75. Then an inner tube 15 is arranged within a sticking structural body 11, to which a wick 12 arriving at the inside of the radius and a protection liner are fitted. The same is vulcanized at about 130 deg.C within a vulcanizing can 20 of 2-6kg/cm<2> under a state where inner pressure is given to a tube. Air between the unvulcanized cushioning rubber 3 and precure tread 1 is flowed outside of the vulcanizing can 20 through a conduit 14.
