PURPOSE:To prevent the system down at the time of trouble in a diagnostic processor by writing diagnostic information read out from the diagnostic processor in a main storage device at the time of receiving the trouble report from the diagnostic processor. CONSTITUTION:A memory access control part 14 decodes the diagnostic control program loaded from a main storage device 4 and sends a diagnosis indication signal 114 to a diagnostic control part 21 of a diagnostic processor 2. The control part 21 sends error information in the processor 2 to a selector 15 of a processor 1 by the signal 114 from the processor 1. The selector 15 selects sent error information and puts this error information on a read interface 116. The control part 14 writes this error information in the main storage device 4 through a system controller 3. Thus, error information of the processor 2 is recorded in the device 4 at the time of the occurrence of slight trouble in the processor 2, and the trouble processing of the processor 2 is performed by this error information, thereby preventing the system down. |
