The system has an enclosure (26) isolating a component to be replaced (3). An injection device (40) injects a universal remover e.g. acetone, for solving a protective varnish that covers an electronic board (2) and components of the board. A waste aspiration duct (36) sucks the removed varnish wastes. An aspiration device (30) rejects the varnish wastes through an outer duct (35). An independent claim is also included for a process for repairing a board equipped with electronic components and covered with a finishing coat of varnish for protection.
