<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of welding continuous packing capable of keeping the manufacturing costs down cheaply by firmly welding both ends of a continuous material to be used for a drum can or the like as packing in use of far infrared rays, and simplifying the welding work of the continuous material whereby to form a great deal of the continuous material into ring-shaped ones in a very short period. CONSTITUTION:A foam agent is blended into a synthetic resin material such as vinylchloride, and afterward, while heating, the blended material is extruded from the mold in order to form packing, wherein both ends of a continuous material made of foam resin having a predetermined length and a predetermined cross-section as the packing are welded by the use of far infrared rays.</p> |
