PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic washer of a dispensing nozzle which can supply a stable power and at the same time can give an optimum vibration to the dispensing nozzle by providing an inexpensive dispensing nozzle which is rich in durability and at the same time can connect a lead wire and an electrode plate rigidly by a simple means. CONSTITUTION:This washing device is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 27 which generates an ultrasonic vibration, an electrode plate 35 which is provided at the ultrasonic vibrator 27, and an solderless terminal 33 which is adhered to the electrode plate 35 to supplies voltage to the ultrasonic vibrator 27 through the electrode plate 35 from an external power supply, and generates an ultrasonic vibration in the ultrasonic vibrator 27. Furthermore, it is provided with a dispensing nozzle 29 which is washed by ultrasonic vibration which is transmitted from the ultrasonic vibrator 27 and at the same time can perform dispensing by sucking and discharging a specimen, a reagent, etc., and resins 47 and 49 which are coated on an outer-periphery surface of the dispensing nozzle 29 and having lower acoustic impedance than the dispensing nozzle 29. |
