A flexible rectangular plate (1) has a slot (13,13') in each end (8,8') leading into a circular hole (7,7'). It is installed from the front of the structure with its central part (6) against the reinforcing wire (2) of the upper layer, and its ends (5,5') flexed so that the wires (3,4) of the lower grid are introduced through the slots (13,13') into the holes (7,7'). The plate (1) may take up two positions (1a,1b) of flexure attaching the upper wire (2) to different lower wires (4 or 3).
