The fluid compensator for hydraulic cylinders linked in series in a system consists of a link between the two chambers of a cylinder which allows the fluid to flow from one chamber to the other when the piston is at the start or the end of its stroke and a flow regulator. The link (6) between the two chambers (2,4) of the cylinder (1) can be in the form of an external duct or channel, linked to the two chambers through holes (7,8) in the cylinder wall, while the flow regulator can be in the form of a screw (9) which interacts with one of the holes ADVANTAGE - More convenient and economical fluid compensation, e.g. to synchronise cylinder operation.
