STUCCO MATERIAL FOR PRECISION CASTING AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the stucco material for precision casting which does not form a contaminated layer on the surface of an active metal. CONSTITUTION:The stucco material for precision casting which consists of particles from 10mum to 3mm formed by preparing a slurry consisting of 30 to 95wt.% in total yttria and zirconia and having 0.5 to 40 weight ratio of Y2O3/ZrO2 and 4 to 13 pH, then drying, pelletizing and calcining the slurry and the process for production of the material.
