The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to oncology, namely to the technology for production of anticancer preparations, and may be used for treating cancer patients. The anticancer vaccine is obtained in the following way. The surgical material is first rinsed by saline solution. Then the homogenate is produced and treated with the filtrate of the culture medium of B. subtilis B-7025. The human embryonic tissue is used as the surgical material for preparing the vaccine upon the check for the infectious agents. The homogenate is incubated with filtrate of the culture medium at a 1:4 ratio. The treatment is performed by the seven-fold subcutaneous injections of the vaccine in theprogressively reduced volume. The overall volume of the vaccine for one course of the treatment is 16 ml. The treatment is repeated 1-5 times with 1-6-month intervals.
