PURPOSE: To provide a 1/f fluctuation comfortable air conditioning controller which selects an arbitrary 1/f fluctuation signal without necessity of considering a warm heat environment control by calculation with a small sized and simple structure, and further accurately realizes a PMV value control. CONSTITUTION: A sensitive temperature thermal sensor 6 is provided in a room R, and outputs a PMV value based on the six factors of a temperature, a radiation temperature, an air flow, a humidity and closing thermal insulation and metabolic rate of a person. The sensor 6 is connected to a warm heat environment controller 2a in a DDC 2, and connected to a chilled and warm water coil 3a in an air conditioner 3 via a chilled and warm water valve 4. On the other hand, a fluctuation signal generator 1 is connected to a fan 3b in the conditioner 3 via the DDC 2 and an inverter 5 to supply the air into the room R. |
