PURPOSE: To manufacture a long sheet which is thin like 10 through 100μm in thickness, is not allowed to be broken by 180 deg. bending, and has excellent conductivity and acid resistance. CONSTITUTION: A conductive rubber layer which contains 20 through 60 parts by weight of carbon black with excellent conductivity against 100 parts by weight of polymer and has 10<1>Ωcm or less of volume specific resistance is formed so as to be 10 through 100μm in thickness on a long separating sheet. Since a predetermined amount of carbon black with excellent conductivity is added to a polymer with excellent acid resistance and the same is spread thinly on the separating sheet and is vulcanized, it is possible to form the conductive rubber layer which is thin, and has excellent elasticity, flexibility, and 10<1>Ωcm or less of volume specific resistance. Thereby, the thin, elastic, excellently acid resistant, and flexible conductive sheet can be obtained when the rubber layer is separated from the separating sheet so as to use.
