<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a separate plate for the control valve in an automatic transmission capable of obtaining excellent sealability regardless of the surface properties or rigidity of a seal surface by providing a seal part composed of a foamed rubber layer with specific thickness to the single surface or both surfaces of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A separate plate 1 is constituted by forming a seal part 3 to the single surface or both surfaces of a metal plate 2 and providing through- holes 4 corresponding to oil passages to the metal plate by punching. The seal part 3 is formed from a foamed rubber layer with a thickness of 80-500μm. When the thickness of the foamed rubber layer is below 80μm, compression quantity becomes insufficient and effect following the undulation or roughness of the inner surface of a split container or effect absorbing burr is not obtained. When the thickness exceeds 500μm, the lateral protruding flow of foamed rubber after bolt tightening becomes much and stress relaxation lowers to the degree of a paper gasket.</p> |
