PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of dehydration by making the shape of cross-section of an opening of an outside multi-hole plate into a frustum conic shape that the internal side being in contact with an inside filting hole plate is made to a small bottom face and the external side is made to a large bottom face. CONSTITUTION: In a conic screen type continuous hydroextractor, a material to be treated is clamped and pressed between a pair of internal filting hole plates 21 and dehydrated. The dehydrated cake is allowed to remain inside the internal filting hole plate 21, and the water is allowed to flow out from the outer face of a screen. The cross-sectional shape of opening is made in the frustum conic shape that the internal side being in contact with the inside filting hole plate 21 is made to a small bottom face and the external side is made to a large bottom face. The water passed through the outside filting plate 22 is discharged outside surely along the slant face of the head cut conic shape and not made to remain in the opening part. Because the water remaining in the hole is few when taking out the dehydrated cake, the water to be re- absorbed into the dehydrated cake is made few, and the dehydration is executed efficiently. |
