摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the unauthorized viewing of charged service information by receiving the scrambled charged information of FM multiplex broadcast, descrambling it by using plural cancellation keys and making it displayable. SOLUTION: Service information multiplexed to FM broadcast radio waves is separated in an L-MSK (level control minimum shift keying) demodulator 41, decoded in an error correction decoder 42 and inputted to a control part (CPU) 43. The control part 43 prepares new cancellation keys for cancelling scrambling by using a half fixed key read from an IC card 2 through a card processing part 45 and a variable key added to the received charged service information and performing a prescribed arithmetic processing. A descrambling processing to the charged service information is performed by using the cancellation keys and the obtained service information is displayed at a display part 7.
