PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a tube lining material extending over the full length so as to simultaneously harden it. SOLUTION: In this lining construction method, a tube lining material 2 made of tubular nonwoven fabric coated with a plastic film of highly airtight outer surface impregnated with thermosetting resin is rolled over and inserted in a tilting tube 1 by fluid pressure, and thereafter the tube lining material 2 is heated by heating medium under the condition in which the material 2 is pressed against the inner wall of the tilting tube 1, so as to harden the thermosetting resin impregnated in the tube lining material 2. In this case, air pressure is acted inside the tube lining material 2 inserted rolling over in the tilting tube 1, in addition a damming-up member 27 is fitted to the bottom part in the tube lining material 2, so as to circulate hot water extending over the full length of the bottom part in the tube lining material 2, and the tube lining material 2 is heated by the hot water so as to harden the thermosetting resin impregnating in it. |
