PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the loads of CPU, a network, disk access or disk capacitance in respective servers by receiving the distribution request of respective kinds of data from clients and deciding that the server with the least number of data within the respective servers is adopted as a data distributing server. SOLUTION: A system if provided with a calculating means obtaining the number of data which the plural servers respectively distribute and a deciding means deciding that the server with the least number of data which is obtained by the calculating means is adopted as the data distributing server. Video servers 1 and 2, for example, are provided with disks for storing video data as a video file so as to distribute requested video data. A control server 7 receives the distribution request from the clients 3-5, considers the loads of the respective video servers 1 and 2 at present or in the future and decides to which one of the video servers 1 and 2 distribution is executed. |
