INDIRECT DETECTOR FOR BURN OF BAG FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a soot sensor for the detection of soot in a flue gas by a method wherein a sensor path is branched off a flue on the downstream side of a bag filter to provide a soot sensor in the sensor path and a cooler is interposed being positioned on the upstream side of the soot sensor. SOLUTION: A detector 10 for detecting burn of a bag filter is attached on the down stream side from the bag filter of a flue 21 of a boiler device. The flue 21 is so arranged to release a flue gas to be discharged from the body of a boiler into the atmospheric air via a stack 23 and a preliminary duct collector, a multicyclone and the bag filter are arranged in the course thereof. A blower 26 for the flue gas provided in the flue 21 applies a suction negative pressure to the body of the boiler through the flue 21 to fluidize the flue gas generated in the body of the boiler to the stack 23. In an inner cylinder 41 of a cooler 40, an introduction pipe at an upper end part is connected on the downstream of a flue gas blower 26 and an exhaust pipe at a lower end part is connected to the suction side 26a of the flue gas blower 26 through a soot sensor 36. This enables utilization of the soot sensor with a low heat resistance temperature.
