PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proliferated photosynthesis bacterium as a feed or fertilizer by assimilating animal excrement with the photosynthesis bacterium in a small scale for a short time.

SOLUTION: The subject method for producing the feed or fertilizer from the animal excrement as a raw material is characterized by treating the animal excrement with the contained microorganism to produce its low molecules, filtering off un-degraded solid substances, sterilizing the filtrate, inoculating the filtrate with the photosynthesis bacterium to obtain a proliferated photosynthesis bacterium solution, and using the solution as the feed or fertilizer.
