PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry on and recover services of enterprises and self-governing bodies early by allowing a danger management device to determine an action plan corresponding to the state of a disaster in such a case. SOLUTION: By this intention decision display method, the contents of an action to be done are determined and displayed on a display screen 108 according to priority by using a data base 103 having data files regarding disaster information generated previously from disaster information at the time of disaster occurrence inputted from an input device 101, a damage assumption data base 104 having various disaster files, an action plan data base 105 for respective self-governing bodies and the departments organizing the self-governing bodies, a priority-given action plan data base 106 having condition files for giving priority, a data base 107 where the implementation contents of action plans are rearranged on the display screen, etc. |
