<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and work of a user for releasing the prohibition of various functions by easily releasing the prohibition of the use of various functions whose uses are prohibited, and permitting the uses of the various functions. <P>SOLUTION: When a direction of executing any one of a plurality of functions is received from a control panel (ST1), radio communication is performed with a hard key which is configured so as to store identification information and be able to perform radio communication (ST2), the identification information stored in the hard key is acquired (ST4), and it is determined whether or not the acquired identification information matches identification information stored in a ROM used for permitting the uses of a plurality of prohibited functions (ST5).
