METHOD OF REAL ESTATE AUCTION THROUGH ONLINE

PURPOSE: A real estate auction method is provided to promote online trade by enhancing reliability of user accesses and providing item information in detail. CONSTITUTION: In the method of real estate auction through online, multi-users access a real estate system provider site(S100) and selects a target item among listed items(S200). In response to the selection, the system provides details on the target item(S300) and expected users bid on the target item(S400). The real estate system provider appoints a user with the highest bid price as the successful bidder after a predetermined bidding period(S500). The details of items include an appropriate value estimated on the basis of a database comprising a market condition, official land price, and reserved value.
