PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for remotely adjusting heating temperature of water temperature sensing type is provided to adjust a hot water flow by simultaneously performing the rotational motion of a gear and the reciprocation of a disk axis using a synchronous motor and a gear unit. CONSTITUTION: A valve body(50) has a water siphon(52) and a hot water outlet(56). A bias spring(44) always raeses a valve system(30). A lower assembly(58) installs the bias spring(44). A valve disk(42) is assembled with the valve system(30) in one body. A case(10) protects components. A synchronous motor(72) has a decelerating gear(74) installed in the case(10). A driving gear(76) is installed to an output side(75) of the decelerating gear(74). A driven gear(80) is installed to the driving gear(76) and forms a screw(82). A supporting screw(90) is installed to the driven gear(80) for moving the driven gear(80) and has a screw(92) fixed to the valve body(50).
