PURPOSE: A hardware for a telephone service is provided to replace an existing headset with a new device having a function of an existing telephone through an internet, thereby providing a convenience for a user. CONSTITUTION: A hardware for a telephone service using an internet comprises a microphone for transmitting a voice signal, a micro speaker for receiving the voice signal and a dialing unit for inputting a telephone number. The hardware for a telephone service has an automatic connecting function for initializing the hardware if a user inputs his/her own ID and secret number to the hardware so as to be automatically connected with the internet without a separate connecting operation when the user turns on the hardware. The hardware is further provided with a ringing function for informing a calling of the telephone, an automatic responding function and a sound/character message receiving function. A separate communicating card and a software are needed for the additional functions.
