摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail formation time by cooperatively executing the decision of two prime numbers and ending the decision of another prime number in mid-way and shifting the processing to the processing for the next candidate at the point of the time when the either one integer number is decided to be a synthesized number. SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs of (q) which are the candidates for the order of the elliptic curve derived from (p) and (q) which are the candidates for the characteristic of a definition body are derived. If the criterion to (p) is calculated in such a case, decision is executed and when (p) is decided to be synthesized number, the outputting to the effect that (p) is the synthesized number is executed and the processing is ended. When (p) is not decided to be the synthesized number, (q) is similarly subjected to the calculation of the i-th criterion and the prime number decision is executed. When (q) is decided to be the synthesized number as a result of the prime number decision, the outputting to the effect that (q) is the synthesized number is executed and the processing is ended. When (q) is not decided to be the synthesized number, 1 is added to (i) and if (i) is below the regulated number (n) of repetition times, the processing is repeated by an algorithm, by which the alternate stepwise prime number decision of (p) and (q) is made possible.
