PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour and also to unnecessitate a check process of part numbers by defining part numbers as consecutive numbers through the whole circuit diagram and also adding or changing the part numbers in the order of function blocks designating the orders of the consecutive numbers. SOLUTION: In a CAD circuit diagram in which plural function blocks are displayed on one sheet, part numbers are defined as consecutive numbers through the whole circuit diagram and also, part numbers can be added or changed in the order of function blocks designating the orders of the consecutive numbers. Also, every function block of the circuit diagram is enclosed by one or more rectangles and painted with the same color, and the given sequence of the consecutive numbers is determined by the largeness and smallness of a color calculated value calculated by the RGB values of the color. For instance, each function block is enclosed by one rectangle, a function block 1 is painted with a paint color A, a function block 2 is painted with a paint color B, a function block 3 is painted with a paint color C, a function block 4 is painted with a paint color D, a function block 5 is painted with a paint color E and a function block 6 is painted with a paint color F, respectively.
