PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive fixing device capable of stably supporting a heater tube without causing the breakage, and also, capable of accomplishing a stable power supply. SOLUTION: One terminal 53a of a halogen heater 53 arranged inside a heat roller 52 for a fixing part in the image forming device is supported by a movable power supply part 57 as a power supply member for the fixing device, and also, the power is supplied by the part 57. The movable power supply part 57 is integrally formed by bending a thin plate of phosphor bronze, 1st and 2nd fixing plates 571a and 571b are laminated and fixed by a fixing screw, and the terminal 53a is grasped by the tunnel-like grasping part 573 of the 1st fixing plate 571a. The 1st and 2nd fixing plates 571a and 571b are supported by an elastic supporting part 577, then, even in the case the heat is generated by the halogen heater 53 and causes the thermal expansion, the terminal 53a is firmly supported by the grasping part 573, and also, displaced in a state capable of stably supplying the power, so that the breakage of the halogen heater 53 due to the distortion is prevented.
