PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panoramic image block which an reduce harmful noise added when an image is inputted. SOLUTION: The panoramic image block is a rotary body, made of a transparent raw material, which has an upper light shield surface 1 at the center of the top surface, an upper light transmission surface 2 at the top-surface peripheral edge part, a lower light shield surface 3 at the reverse-surface peripheral edge part, and a lower light transmission surface 4 at the reverse-surface center part, and the lower light shield surface 3 is a reflector which converges the incident light from the upper light transmission surface 2 on the upper light shield surface 1 through the rotary body and the upper light shield surface 1 is a reflector which converges the reflected light from the lower light shield surface 3 on the lower light transmission surface 4 through the rotary body. In this case, a circular light convergence part 5 which is concentric with the upper light shield surface 1 is provided at the center part of the upper light shield surface 1.
