PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace the turbulence generation member without removing a sample by free expansion and contraction of the member to a certain size. SOLUTION: In a turbulence generation member 11, a vertical plate 12 and a horizontal plate 13 are assembled in a lattice shape to generate turbulence while the member 11 is arranged at the upstream side of a sample in a two-dimensional test. The vertical plate 12 is connected to the horizontal plate 2 by a bolt 15 and a nut 16. A coil spring 18 is included at the seat surface side of the nut 16. As a result, since the vertical plate to the horizontal plate with the bolt and nut and the spring is included at the seat surface side of the nut, width can be easily narrowed as lasing tongs, and at the same time the member can be passed at the lower portion of the sample while the sample is being installed when replacing the turbulence generation member to reduce working time.
