PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal operation when a resource for information processing can not be released by performing switching between an acquisition state and a release state according to the declaration of the use and nonuse of the resource for information processing. SOLUTION: An information processing part 2 declares the use of one resource Sa for information processing among (n) resources S1, S2... for information processing to a resource management control part 4. In response, the resource Sa for information processing provided to a resource area ASa of a resource area part 5 of a memory part 3 is placed in an acquisition state and placed in a state of provision for the information processing part 2.
