<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature and humidity adjustment function attached house capable of comparatively and highly maintaining humidity in an indoor space heated in winter. SOLUTION: The inside space is so constituted that it is surrounded by a footing section 11 having an outside thermal insulating structure, side wall sections 21 and a roof section 31 and that a plurality of rooms are formed therein. The temperature and humidity adjustment function attached house includes a first air passage leading the air to an attic space 61 through each of the rooms from an underfloor space 18 and a second air passage leading the indoor air to the underfloor space from the attic space, a heater 17 buried in the footing section, a bathtub 52a capable of supplying water or hot water vapor to the first air passage and provided to a bathroom 52, a glass door 63 connected to the air only in both up and down gaps of a door frame 63a and fitted therein and an exhaust port 41 capable of being exhausted to the outdoor side from the attic space 61. It is favorable that an air conditioner 66 capable of supplying the dehumidified and cooled air and a blower 54 capable of supplying the air in the underfloor space to the first air passage can be provided.</p> |
