PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for forming a layer of a carbonized material by finding the optimum binder and mixing ratio able to excellently exhibit the effect of the carbonized material. SOLUTION: A method for forming a layer 2 of a carbonized material on an arbitrary spraying face 1 by spraying the carbonized material on it. In the method, a mixture of 10-100 kg of cement based on 1 m3 of the carbonized material is sprayed on the spraying face 1 to form the layer 2 of the carbonized material.
