PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve which integrally resin mold a valve seat, having a seat surface of high flatness, with a center housing. SOLUTION: A valve seat 3, resin molded integrally with a center housing 2, has a first cylinder part 3A having a seat surface 3a, related to a first valve element. This valve seat 3 is molded by injecting a molten resin in a height direction of a cavity, from a plurality of gates arranged with a space opened to each other in a peripheral direction related to the cavity for molding the first cylinder part 3A. Here, by allowing the molten resin injected from each gate to flow respectively in the height direction of the cavity, the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient and the shrinkage factor between a weld part and non-weld part is decreased, to prevent distortion of the seat surface, when it is molded, so that desired flatness can be ensured.
