PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door working cap capable of reducing the quantity of the inventory in a production and a distribution stages by standardizing each dimension of a door body in a suspended slide door or a lower sash sheave type slide door, and capable of easily forming the suspended slide door, and to provide the suspended slide door working method using this cap. SOLUTION: This slide door working cap provided in four corners of a slide door and to be fitted to a suspending fitting or a lower sash sheave fitting installation part has a side plate part and a fitting part, and an upper and a lower plate parts having a thickness for compensating a clearance between the lower end of the slide door and a floor surface in the case of the suspended slide door at a part in the height direction of the door body. The suspended slide door is formed by using this forming cap.
