PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the work for forming foundation bases requires a long period of time and that transferring in the direction of movement is not correctly performed due to twisting rollers in some cases in a structure transferring device in which square timbers are conventionally combined in parallel crosses to form the foundation bases and the structure is transferred by the rollers, etc., by placing transferring rails on the foundation bases. SOLUTION: This structure transferring device is constituted by forming the foundation bases of foundation frames and base frames and forming in both frames both open holes for attaching and detaching jacks and holding holes for holding bearing materials for bearing the jacks. The transferring device is constituted of both frames, horizontal adjusting devices for the transferring rails, and a boat-shaped plate guide device at which the rollers formed by sliding materials are pivoted.
