PURPOSE: A simple fishing stand is provided to considerably reduce the size and the weight of the fishing stand and to improve the convenience of use by integrally coupling two parts of the existing two fishing stand. CONSTITUTION: The fishing stand is constructed by integrally coupling a front stand part and a rear stand part of the existing fishing stand, and the fishing stand is made of aluminum, thereby the weight and the size of the fishing stand are able to be considerably reduced. Additionally, since the fishing stand is provided with a height adjusting bolt, it is possible to freely mount the fishing stand in every place including a sloping rod.
