The invention relates to a method for the inclusion of perfume oils in washing and cleaning agents or cosmetics, comprising the following steps: (a) preparation of an emulsion of liquid template particles, comprising at least one perfume oil, in a continuous liquid or gel phase, with at least one amphiphilic polyelectrolyte, polyelectrolyte complex or a copolymer of charged hydrophilic monomers and oil-soluble monomers, dissolved in the liquid template particles and/or the continuous phase and a film is formed at the phase boundary between the liquid template particles and the continuous phase; (b) application of a shell to the film formed at the phase boundary and (d) inclusion of the coated template particles comprising perfume oils in washing and cleaning agents or cosmetics.
