PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board unit for optoelectronic devices with which positioning can easily be performed with good accuracy and which can prevent sticking deviation when a pair of substrates are stuck together. SOLUTION: The board unit for optoelectronic devices consists of a pair of mutually opposing substrates. One board has a projecting part with a tapered shape which is thinner toward the other board from one board among the pair of substrates. The projecting part has a recessed part which can fit into the other board. The board unit has a portion in which the outer diameter of the projecting part and the inside diameter of the recessed part have nearly the same size in the state where the projecting part is engaged with the recessed part.
