HANDOVER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate communications under environments of poor radio quality for reducing deficit of presentation information as much as possible, to hand over as soon as possible in a road-vehicle communication between a road side device and a vehicle. SOLUTION: A higher level than reception sensitivity of an on-vehicle material is set as a threshold. When lower than a prescribed number of times and the threshold within a predetermined time, the system transfers to a frequency switching procedure.
