PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to finely image desired subjects when imaging in a state of setting at a predetermined place. SOLUTION: In a cell phone with a camera, when a human body moves off a touch sensor ('YES' in a step S6), a time-measuring circuit starts counting in a timer (step S7), when time is up ('YES' in a step S9), the camera starts imaging operations (step S10). A user of the cell phone can start the count of the timer with setting the phone at the predetermined place in a state of touching the human body with the sensor and by coming the human body off the sensor, and after time is up, the user can make the camera start the imaging operations and can image finely the desired subjects.
