PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately translate the headline of an English news article. SOLUTION: An article extracting processing part 3 extracts a headline part and an article text part out of collected English article HTML and Japanese article HTML and an English article group and a Japanese article group are provided. A Japanese/English translating processing part 4 translates the Japanese article group into English. By such article alignment processing to the Japanese/English translated articles and the English articles, an article alignment processing part 5 detects the Japanese article of the same article as the headline part of the English article. A headline embedding processing part 6 embeds the Japanese article detected by article alignment processing in the headline part of the English article. Thus, the headline part difficult to mechanically translate can be replaced with the Japanese article easy to read. |
