PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting device and its mount enabling a physically disabled voter to easily vote and capable of protecting individual information. SOLUTION: When a voting card issued to each voter is inserted into this electronic voting device (electronic voting terminal device) 1, an optimal external selection device 51 to be connected to the electronic voting device 1 is appropriately selected as a voting means based on the information recorded in the voting card. The external selection device 51 is provided with operation keys (numeral keys 51a and extension keys 51b) formed by curving seals such as numerals, letters, or Braille therein and being readable by palpation of fingers and a wall-shaped key guard 51f to prevent erroneous operation and to be a guide of a selecting operation. This device can also acoustically read candidate names.
