PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recognition of the new necessity of a predetermined finishing process by invalidating designation of the predetermined finishing process and carrying out a recording process of printing information.

SOLUTION: When a CPU of an MFP 111 judges that the predetermined finishing process designation designated by the printing information from a data processor exceeds an upper limit value capable of being processed by a finisher of the MFP 111, the finishing process designation designated for a job is canceled, and printing process result information having the printing information passed through the recording process is given to a PC 101 or the like of the PC side which requires the information.
