PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliable propeller shaft part and a propeller shaft. SOLUTION: The propeller shaft part is equipped with a first cylindrical body 30 having an inner space 30i and a dust cover 60 which is provided at the one end 30a of the first cylindrical body 30 and serves as a seal member sealing the inner space 30i. A through-hole 61 communicating to the inner space 30i is formed on the dust cover 60. The propeller shaft 1 is slidably fitted and integrally rotated, and propeller shaft 1 is equipped with a shaft yoke which is as a bar-like body having a part of the sliding surface lubricated with a lubricant 70.
