PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that cooling of a brazed portion is delayed by the effect of a carbon pattern to be used when brazing a lead member to a bar-shaped ceramic body, the melting amount of the lead member or the like into a brazing filler metal is increased, and the durability of the lead member is degraded. SOLUTION: In a carbon pattern to braze a lead member to a ceramic body, a fitting pattern to load the ceramic body and a brazing filler metal is formed on one main face of the carbon pattern, and a recessed part is formed in a rear side.
