FINE PARTICLE OF ACRYLIC POLYMER FOR PLASTISOL, PLASTISOL COMPOSITION, AND MANUFACTURED PRODUCT AND MOLDED ARTICLE USING PLASTISOL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol composition excellent in aging stability of viscosity during storage or the like and excellent in strength and appearance, to provide a manufactured product or a molded article having a coating layer formed from the plastisol composition and to provide an agglomerated particle of an acrylic polymer used in the composition. SOLUTION: The agglomerated particle of an acrylic polymer for a plastisol is an agglomerated particle formed by agglomeration of an acrylic polymer (A) and has a compression breaking strength of not less than 0.2 MPa to less than 2 MPa. In preparing a plastisol comprising 100 pts.mass agglomerated particle of the acrylic polymer for the plastisol and 100 pts.mass plasticizer, the volume percentage of the acrylic polymer of not more than 10μm contained in the plastisol becomes not less than 40% to less than 90% on kneading for two minutes at a revolution rate of 2,000 rpm with a planetary stirring/defoaming device.
