PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in weatherability and sustainability of appearances even exposed in an air environment for long hours. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises (i) 100 pts.wt. of diene-based rubber, (ii) 0.1-2.5 pts.wt. of carnauba wax, (iii) 0.5-2.5 pts.wt. of an amine-based antioxidant and (iv) a fatty acid salt of an amine-based antioxidant, where the content of the fatty acid salt of an amine-based antioxidant (iv)is 1-5 pts.wt. including the amine-based antioxidant (iii) to 100 pts.wt. of the dien-based rubber, and the weight ratio of the fatty acid salt of an amine-based antioxidant (iv)/the amine-based antioxidant (iii) is 0.25-4.0.
