<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of inconvenience when starting a fuel cell next time by controlling stoppage of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: On a power source device 15 equipped with a fuel cell device 20 having a fuel cell 22 and a secondary battery 30, an intermittent operation mode supplying power only from the secondary battery 30 is selected under a certain condition. At that time, if the fuel cell 22 is to be stopped, whether a deterioration of performance of the fuel cell 22 when started next time will occur or not is judged. When it is judged that the deterioration of the performance will occur, the power source device 15 is controlled so that the fuel cell 22 generates power depending on the prescribed condition regardless of the intermittent operation mode selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
